Repairs and maintains electric, diesel, and gasoline mobile equipment.
Responsibilities
Reads job order and observes/listens to equipment to determine malfunction and plan work procedures, collaborating with team members.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of mobile equipment, including but not limited to: Skid-Steers, Forklifts, Loaders, Balers, Street Sweepers, etc.
Perform Preventative Maintenance as designated on mobile equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or 3 years mobile mechanic experience.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail.
Proficient in inventory entries, utilizing technology software.
