• Make operational decisions within the plant.
• Develop, lead, and train all employees within the department.
• Coordinate and supervise departmental activities daily.
• Ensure compliance in safety, environmental, and personnel issues that may arise.
• Monitor production schedule and meet requirements as scheduled.
• Help manage inventory on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• All other duties as required.

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of non-ferrous metals
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve in the safest and most effective manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to be organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer, and wheel loader
• General knowledge mechanics.
