• Ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
• Lawn maintenance – mowing, trimming & landscaping
• Janitorial/Custodial activities – sweeping, watering, dust suppression
• General cleanup-trash pickup and miscellaneous services
• Some heavy lifting
• Ability to perform duties without supervision
• Contribute a positive and productive attitude
• Self-motivated

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to pass physical, drug, and background screenings
