This position will assist the credit and collections department in determining credit risks of customers, maintaining and reviewing address book changes and assisting collections and cash application on a as needed basis.

• Support Senior Credit Analyst in credit decisions and analysis, including gathering of trade/bank references, Clear reports, payment histories and other credit reports.
• Maintain and review the address book for all systems
• Prepare weekly shipped / un-invoiced report and coordinate with division controllers
• Assist Senior Collection Analyst on an as needed basis
• Support tax department with distribution of 1099’s

• Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management
• Detail oriented
• Strong computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work and make decisions independently, yet be a team player
• Working knowledge of SAI / RIMAS
