Assisting marketing representatives; handling day to day tasks such as answering phones, maintaining price files for accounts, generating/maintaining reports in Excel, and assisting traders with travel arrangements and other assigned tasks.
• Assist assigned marketing representatives.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Initiate contracts and change orders in SAI and JDE.
• Generate and maintain customer reports timely and accurately.
• Review invoices and checks.
• Process cash adjustments and maintain samples.
• Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
• Work with hedge desk using pricing markets.
• Assist traders with travel arrangements and other projects.
• All other tasks as assigned.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Multi-task oriented and flexible in the area of cross training.
• Capable of functioning in a high-volume task environment.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
