An Omni Maintenance manager is responsible for the direct activities of the maintenance staff: determine if equipment repair or replacement is appropriate, designate work to be done internally or externally by contract labor, order/approve inventory of necessary parts, set work schedule and project completion deadlines.

• Coordinate maintenance activities for all equipment and communicate with management and operations personnel
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Manage maintenance personnel
• Generate requisitions
• Review and evaluate maintenance costs and repairs

• Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management
• Strong computer skills 
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydralics, processing equipment and mobile equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics 
• Commitment to safety through actions and behaviors, enforce safety procedures and requirements
• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail
• Regular and timely attendance
