We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inspector/Grader to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in ensuring quality and consistency in every product.

As an Inspector/Grader, you’ll be responsible for evaluating materials and finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.

You’ll carefully inspect, sort, and grade items based on quality, condition, and specifications while maintaining accurate records. You’ll also work closely with production teams to identify issues, support continuous improvement, and help keep operations running efficiently. Your keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality and safety will be essential in delivering high-quality results and supporting daily operations.

• Grade and inspect incoming materials
• Direct customers throughout the facility
• Assist customers as needed
• Sort and move materials as needed
• Comply with all safety guidelines
• All other duties as assigned

• A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more repetitively on a regular basis
• Ability to stand for long periods of time on a daily basis
• Must be self-motivated team player, anxious and willing to learn new skills
• Ability to make decisions in a fast paced, ever changing environment
