• Perform inspections and repairs on shredder equipment as required.
• Document and maintain maintenance records.
• Operate equipment during inspection process.
• Maintain neat work area daily.
• All other tasks as assigned.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to read liquid measurements.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Self directed, with attention to details.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Previous equipment operation and preventative maintenance experience helpful.
